The flat is fully furnished and decorated to a high spec with lots of lovely, cosy furnishings. This is very much somewhere to call home, not just a room to rent and I would like someone to love living here like I do!

The available room is decorated neutrally and is a blank canvas for anyone wanting to put up pics/tv/bring their own furniture etc. It also has a very good sized walk in wardrobe - loads of storage.

I am in my mid-20s, female and work in marketing in the city centre. I'm out 8-6 Mon-Fri and keep fairly busy in the evenings and weekends with friends, running, riding (I share a horse), going out etc. and go away for the odd weekend most months. Looking for a like minded person, ideally female and of a similar age, who is friendly, sociable and housetrained (I'm not a clean freak - but do like to keep the flat in some sort of order most of the time!) Helps if you like wine, gin and cake.

If you don't know the area well Redland is near the downs and halfway between Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road (5-10mins walk to either and both where I tend to go out), a really nice area of Bristol.

The rent is  £525 exclusive of bills which we would split 50: 50 (council tax, water, elec/gas, internet) - the flat is well insulated and the elec/gas bills don't seem to be very high. There is on street parking for which you would need to get a permit.
