Local amenities on Chandos Road includes Redland Corner Store/ Convenience Store - open until 23.00 - handy!

Very friendly, professional household, with caring, responsible Housemates. We all came in not knowing each other, and trust me, they're a sound bunch so you will have no problem settling in :)

The house has a large living room, a cosy kitchen/ diner and 1 Full-sized modern Bath/ Shower/ WC. We have also a private garden (to the rear), accessed through new French UPVC doors from the Living Room.

Large comfortably furnished TV Lounge and spacious homely Farmhouse style kitchen-diner. Washer-dryer, high capacity fridge-freezer, storage cupboard, gas central heating.

It holds an HMO Licence. Non-Smoking.

References required, with 1-Month deposit
