Double Room Available From Mid-April

Hi,

My flatmate is moving out in April so I'm looking for a friendly face to replace her.

The bills come out at about £150 a month so all in all you're probably looking at about £525 a month all in. The deposit is £500. 55 and you'd need to pay letting agency fees of £180 for referencing and credit checks etc.

It's a 2 bed flat (both bedrooms are an equal size). The flat as a whole is technically rented as unfurnished but my flatmate doesn't want to take any of the stuff in her room with her so you can have the room as it is with bed and 2 wardrobes etc.

It's a really good area and its just off whiteladies road so it's good for buses if you're not much of walker!

So a bit about me: I work Monday to Friday 9-5. I'm quite quiet but I do like to go out and socialise with friends. I'm fairly tidy and am generally pretty laid back.
