Friendly & sociable male housemate wanted

Hey,

We're looking for a friendly guy housemate to join our spacious 4-storey house. We are all professionals & mostly 9 - 5ers. There currently are 4 guys, 6 girls, and soon to be 1 room free, to make 10 housemates in total. The room is a double bed furnished with a wardrobe, bed, mattress, shelves etc. The room is available from the beginning of April.

The house is made up of two studio flats & a main house of 7 bedrooms. We have a large living room with sofas, dining table, TV, coffee table etc. as well as a large kitchen & 3 bathrooms for the main house, the studio flats have their own kitchen & bathrooms. The garden is pretty big with a fire-pit, seating, flowers, plants, trees etc.

The rent, includes all bills even the internet, is £520 and the room deposit is £500. There is no agency fees & the landlady is lovely.

We all get on well & Wednesday evening one housemate will cook for the others, no pressure on being good at cooking, it's just for fun.

We all enjoy going out to the pub, stokes croft, live music, comedy, clubs, theatre & festivals, etc. But equally we're down with staying in, watching films, playing scrabble & craft evenings revolving around fancy dress are pretty regular.

Arguably the best bit of Gloucester road, from the Gallimaufry to the arches, is less than 5 minutes walk away & the centre is about 25 mins. We have bike storage, a tight but off-road car parking space & free on-road parking around the back of the house if you do have a car.
