Lovely double room in Redland.

Hi, we have a double room available from 01/10/2015 (potentially earlier) to rent. We're in the heart of Redland, with easy access to Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road. The room isn't furnished. We're three really busy professionals that enjoy each other's company in the evenings. We have a large bathroom with both a shower and bath and a large kitchen. We don't have a living room hence the rent being cheap. Bills are &95 a month. Our landlord doesn't allow students, so please don't apply if you are. It's also a minimum 6month contract. Thanks.
