I have been very lucky with housemates since moving in and John who has been hear for nearly 6 years is a pleasure to live with.

Detached Victorian House adjacent to Redland Green on a very quiet street. There is on street parking in the RPZ ( a pass is included) and is near many major routes. Public transport links at both ends of the road and 10 minutes from the M5, 5 minutes from the M32.

The monthly rental covers council tax and ALL utility bills and rent. Also a weekly cleaner who comes in keeps the place fresh and tidy.

FREE Wireless Broadband currently 120MB Super Fast Broadband. We also have TIVO with all of the channels including Movies, Sky Sports ETC in the front room and the bedroom has a telepoint and the option of a cable box also.

There are lots of the original features in the flat including a real wood burning fireplace, cornice, coving and solid antique doors. It is light and airy and has plenty of storage space.

The carpets have recently been cleaned as I do a couple of times a year, the flat is well maintained and will benefit from some kitchen improvements over the next few months. A new double sink has just gone on and will be fitting waste disposal next.

I have also recently installed Nest. The home central heating system from Google. It seems to be doing a much better job than i expected at regulating the temperature through the flat this year as it gets colder and has the benefit of saving energy so good for the environment.

This home will suit professionals looking for a relaxing, friendly place to live. We are looking for somebody tidy, and fun, responsible and reliable. We work hard and play hard and enjoy going out on the weekends to local pubs, bars and restaurants, weeknight are more timid and tend to spent in, in the winter or on the downs and in the park in the summer.

The bedroom is newly decorated to a high standard and is very spacious and currently unfurnished however there is a 3 month old nice Ikea bed being sold by thre previous occupier if you wish to take it as a discount. The room is big enough to hold a double bed, wardrobes, drawers and a desk. It has a wonderful view, in fact the best in the flat and is great at sunset.

I have an en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared with one other person, John. There is a power mixer shower, I’m told by the girls that have lived here in the past that its brilliant for hair washing. I don’t think guys are so fussy. There is also a bath.

In the kitchen there is nice Smeg oven and grill which is lovely to cook on if you enjoy cooking. There is also a microwave if you don’t. We also have all the other usual kitchen stuff including blenders, baking stuff, slow cooker, sandwich toaster etc etc.
