This lovely double room is available to rent in a friendly, family home. The room is a good size, and is light with a pretty Victorian fireplace Bedding is available if wanted. The shower room is only shared with one other lodger and has constant access to hot water.

The kitchen is large and bright and fully equipped and is the heart of the home.

Facilities include Wifi, dishwasher and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels if required.

All bills included except contribution to council tax if you are not a student. No fees!!
We are within walking distance of the University, Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road. Buses to the centre and Southmead run nearby. On street parking available at the moment- we're not in a residents parking zone.
