Double Bedroom in chilled friendly Town House

Hello!

We are looking for a chilled out girl to share our house in Redland. Living here is Matt, keen cook and cyclist who works for a charity with digital marketing, Steph chilled out super smiley midwife and myself (Rubin) also chilled creative music tech type. All in our mid 20's professionals so probably looking for similar.
We are all sociable and hod our own things but can often be found chilling out in the living room or kitchen, often sharing a glass of wine/beer/apple crumble with a film a couple of times a week :).

The room is on the back of the town house so very quiet but also gets good light in the morning and overlooks our garden.
The room can come furnished or unfurnished apart from a cupboard which must remain, the space is around 11x11ft.
I own the house and rent out rooms so this means the house is kept really well and regularly updated and maintained.

The rest of the house is well maintained and kitted out by myself. The kitchen is modern and high specification and even has a juliette balcony overlooking the garden. We have a washing machine and tumble drier and I provide all cleaning gear and detergent for those who want to use them.

One other important note is that I also rent one room on the property to frequent/infrequent guests. They have their own en suite bathroom, usually keep to themselves and I heavily vet each person who wants to stay via reviews and proof of ID. We have had no issues so far and everyone who has come to stay has been really lovely, often people working for a few days at the nearby BBC. However if you have any questions about how that works feel free to ask!

The bathroom has a high pressure shower and bath, sink and cupboards. Again well maintained and high quality.

There is also a secure bike store outside if you're a cyclist.

Perhaps most importantly we have two young cats living here called Softy and The Racoon, they are really sweet and friendly. If you leave your door open dont be surprised to find that they have taken over your bed.

The rent includes all bills, no hidden costs. This also includes our subscription to netflix. One months rent as deposit, and this also covers your final months rent, which is rolling with one calendar months notice.
