Furnished double room in Redland

I have a furnished double room available in my 3 bed flat (second floor). Lovely and bright with neutral decor and garden views. It has a double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers, there is also under bed storage. Bedding available if needed. There is street parking (no permits needed). Bills approx £100/ month. Shared bathroom and living room, kitchen has a washer-dryer and dishwasher. Regrettably there is no storage space for a bike.

My housemate and I both work 9-5 Mon-Fri. We’re friendly and enjoy socialising but at the same time respect each other's own space. We often cook together and are keen to keep the place clean and tidy.

We enjoy listening to music, watching films, good food and wine and going to the nearby pubs. We’re looking for a like minded professional with similar interests.
