Double room in shared house Redland

We are looking for a fun housemate to move into our friendly, professional houseshare in Westbury Park. There are 6 rooms in the house, and we'd like to maintain an even mix of 3 guys and 3 girls, as it's a guy moving out we'll looking for a guy to replace them.

There's a large kitchen and living room with plenty of seating and two bathrooms, plus we have a decent sized garden and patio with BBQ for summer. (And a weekly cleaner of the communal areas!)

We are 6 young professionals aged 23 to 28 and work in various careers. We all work hard so keep it pretty relaxed and quiet during the week, often watching films together with a few drinks or a mid-week trip down the pub. But we do enjoy our weekends and try to make the most of the various things that Bristol has to offer. So, with this in mind, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved and bring some more fun to the house rather than purely just renting a room.

The room is $490 per month inclusive of all bills, and can come furnished/part/unfurnished (the landlord will happily add/remove furniture). The deposit will be one months rent (DPS), and all bills are paid directly to the landlord - that means no agency fees. Rooms are available within the next couple of weeks.
