2 doubles available in lovely Redland Flat

We are 2 young professional girls looking for two new flatmates (girls preferred) in our lovely homely maisonette flat in Redland. It is a five minute walk from Whiteladies Road, close to lots of pubs, restaurants and shops, and about a 25 minute walk into town. Also a 10 minute walk from the Downs which is perfect for walking, running and cycling.

Room 1 (Available 30th Aug) - double room, unfurnished but the current tenant is willing to sell her chest of drawers and bedside table at a reasonable price. It has a large built in cupboard just outside it which can be used as a wardrobe and for storage etc.

Room 2 (Available end Sept) - slightly larger double room with a basin, unfurnished.

Both rooms cost £475 per month plus bills which usually average around £80pm. There is a deposit of £655 (which you get back when you move out), an agency fee of £180, and a months rent in advance. There is also a £180 agency fee to pay if you move out.

The house has two bathrooms, a kitchen, utility room with washing machine/dryer, and a large lounge with long victorian windows and a small balcony which you can just about find room to sit out on in the summer!

I work for a Sports Development organisation and Georgie works at Neptune furniture store. We are friendly girls and although tend to do our own thing in the evenings and weekends, we often spend time chilling in the lounge together and watching films/rubbish TV! We are keen to explore more of the local pubs together too!

We appreciate everyone needs their own space, but looking for new housemates who want to be sociable and become part of the flat too :)
