Small double room to rent in Redland

My housemate Dina and I are looking for a new house mate! We have a small but cosy room to rent from 9 July. The flat is located 1 minutes walk from Redland station with a large communal space, large garden and permit parking. I currently work as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic so am sometimes away a few days a week. Dina works part time as a receptionist in a hotel, also doing illustration work from home. We are old friends who enjoy going to the pub, heading out at the weekend, cooking together and just relaxing in the flat. We are looking to fill the room with a girl around our age who is respectful and understands the flat needs to be kept tidy and quiet in the day time.
