Large bright and airy double room available at the top of a professional shared home from 31 July. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

About us - We are a sociable bunch of people who love hanging out on the weekend and keep it fairly low key on the weekdays as we all work. At the moment, there are four boys and four girls, we all get on really well. As one girl is moving out we are looking for another fun female to join us.

This house is perfect for someone who is new to the area.

The house is a large, semi-detached Victoria house, with a spacious living room complete with Sky TV and broadband (not included in the price, 7.20 per month). The kitchen is a good size and is complete with a dishwasher, fridge space and your own cupboard. We have a garden area which is perfect for BBQs and summer soirées!

There is off street parking outside and we are 2 mins from the downs and a short walk to both Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. There is also a big Waitrose and an independent cinema the next road over.
