£600 Large Double Room Bills Incl (2nd April)

Prime location. Large double room available on a temporary basis in light, peaceful 2 bedded flat. Bathroom, lounge and kitchen area is shared. It is convenient for the University as close to the bus stop that takes you through to the town centre or to Bristol Temple Meads train station. The flat is close to the Downs if you enjoy walking / running. I do freelance work so not always around and fairly busy with it all. I am easy going and enjoy a glass of wine, a house meal and laugh from time to time. Would suit a professional working in Bristol or a postgraduate / exchange student/creative looking for a quiet spot in chilled homely surroundings.
