We have a beautiful large double room in Redland available to rent starting from the beginning/mid September. Suitable for both singles or a sociable couple.

It's a large light top floor flat, which is clean and well-kept. It has nice big windows and good views. There's also a good sized living room and lots of space. The room comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. Also has a big window and good light. Oakland Road is a lovely quiet residential street though close to shops, bars, restaurants. As well as having the Down's nearby.

You would be sharing the flat with two friendly single professionals, one female junior doctor and a male who works in creative marketing and VR. Aged from mi-twenties to early thirties. The house vibe is relaxed and friendly, everyone gets on well and there's a large communal living room which is great to hang out in and watch tv or have a few drinks on weekends. We socialise together, some meals as a flat and netflix during the week are a fun part of thr house but also respect each other's space and schedules.

This let is for 4 months with the option to extend. The landlord is quite laid back, so no fees required, only a deposit before the move in date and the rent for the upcoming month + bills when they come in.

Rent is £640 plus bills which are usually about £80-£100 a month per person. The room is currently occupied by a couple so the the bills amount is based on a 4 person split. The current tenants are open to singles or couples who are happy to hang out with the others in the flat.
