Double Room Available in Elegant Georgeian Flat

Double room has become available in my spacious and light hall floor flat.
I'm looking for a friendly/fairly quiet, clean and tidy professional or mature student. Flat has virgin media Wifi and TV, large living space with wooden floors, high ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows and other period features. The kitchen is separate and the bathroom is shared with shower and bath.
The double room is furnished and has gorgeous fireplace and shutters on the windows. There is a shared garden at the front and back of the flat too.
Parking is on street and the flat is a mere few minutes walk from the top of Whiteladies Road with shops and many bars and restaurants. The Downs are just a stones throw away for runs, walks and open space. Flat is convenient for the centre of town and north Bristol/motorways. I would prefer a Monday to Friday let.
