The apartment is situated on the top floor of a modernised traditional house, just a stone throw from the newly formed Cotham Hill, with bars and restaurants with pedestrianised outdoor seating. Upper Kingsdown leading to St Michaels Hill for the University and BRI, Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road/Clifton. Redland park and Clifton within walking distance and just 5 minutes to Clifton Downs train station. Many amenities are within 2 minutes walk and the city centre is 20 minutes walk.

There is a separate kitchen and shower/WC facility, which will be shared.

There is two parking permits available which need to be applied for direct and Council tax is band c (*included for information).

Ideally seeking a professional person to take the room, no couples. I will consider students/post graduates with proof of funds.
