The room would be ideal for a sociable professional between 28-40. I’m self-employed and work alone during the day, so I appreciate living with someone who likes to sometimes eat together or hang out some evenings.

I have a collie called Kobe, he's 4 and very friendly. I would like a dog friendly housemate who is a fellow dog lover and would enjoy looking after him occasionally. About me - I’m Carl, I’m 38 and work as a mid century furniture dealer. I work out of a studio down in Bedminster, so I’m often out during the day, or doing deliveries around the country in the evenings. I’m pretty laid back, sociable, and enjoy downhill mountain biking on the weekends. I’m really in to film, and like just generally getting out and about.


Rent will be £665per month, including bills – which covers, gas, electricity, council tax, tv license, water & internet. I also have Sky TV (sport and movies) so the living room TV is great for watching movies etc. Flat has a great b&w sound system and will be perfect for entertaining in the summer with the bifolds open.
