Very nice room

This is a large room to let in very friendly happy house , there are five bathrooms in the house so you would only be sharing with one other person. The room comes with a Virgin TV package, and internet a few of the tenants have been staying here for over five years, so this might give you a idea of the type of tenant I’m looking for. The house is on a busy road so parking can be a problem, however i do have a space in the car park approximately 50 meters from the house at an extra cost of £30 per month. Can you please note that this house is in Saltford, which is closer to Bath than Bristol, Its a good 40 minutes to Bristol UWE
