Existing housemates (city council worker and food scientist) are friendly, considerate, tidy and sociable so seeking a like-minded and domesticated professional who will treat the place as a home, not just somewhere to sleep and eat :)

The house is situated on a quiet close and within walking distance of public transport (1 minute to the bus stop, or 12 minutes to Shirehampton train station). The bus gets you to the city centre in 25-30 mins, and the train to Temple Meads in 25. It's also only a couple of minutes' walk to a good selection of shops and amenities, including a large supermarket.

Driveway can accommodate two cars. 70Mb Virgin broadband, washing machine and dishwasher included. Bills are included.

The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, single bed and bedside table. There is loft space available if extra storage is needed.
