The house is within walking distance of the train station (2 mins) direct train to Clifton and Temple meads (£9 a week unlimited travel) and is close to the motorway (M5 and M4).

The property backs on to masses of open space and with the south facing garden, keeps the sunshine all day.

I am a friendly and bubbly person and easy to get on with. I work in the finance industry.

There is plenty of on street parking available but will also have a drive.

Local shops and amenities on the Shirehampton High Street are within short walk distance. As well as a lovely local pub a short walk away.

Shirehampton is easily commutable to most places in and around Bristol, with many bus services including a fast (20 mins) service along the Portway to the centre of town.

I do have a small dog who also lives at the property.
