Double room available. Garden. Parking outside plus possibly park on driveway.

The house is in a calm and cool neighborhood.
Room furnished. I would rather have a person with not loads of luggage. I'm trying to keep the house minimal, just essentials and not cluttered.
We love cooking and love sharing what we cook. Sometimes we are out for couple of days and would like to have a responsible person who can take control of the health and safety of the property.
We are easy going and inclusive. No noise after 10. Except when we are all awake and have some social time. Maybe a fire pit in the garden. Beautiful view from the window. All bills are included

No use of drugs or heavy drinking. Preferably someone who doesn't spend all the time on the phone talking endlessly day and night.

You need to know how to be clean and do cleaning.
