Single room in bright flat

This is a beautiful flat that I’ve renovated myself (some renovations are still pending). It’s south facing and gets light all day long, with lots of plants. I usually have a cat around the house that I foster. It is a bit outside of Bristol but there are excellent transport links into town. There is no parking space included but plenty around within reach.

The room is a single room containing a day bed that you can extend to a super king bed if you wish (the room will be smaller without it!). It comes with a wardrobe for storage and shelves around. The room is fully furnished.

I live in the flat, I’m a freelancer currently delivering for Amazon. I usually work in film and television.

The flat is available for a short time only on a rolling monthly contract. I am willing to consider Monday to Friday lets as well. As I have renovated the flat myself I am looking for someone clean and respectful of all the work I have done to it. Bills are included as are things like loo roll, and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. I am willing to have another bike stored in the flat (I have one myself).
