Hi, we're looking for a 3rd person for a house share. There is 2 of us currently living in the house, male and female, both professionals, no pets, no kids, no smokers. The house is well kept and tidy (the landlord lived in until recently). Space for your car on a driveway. It's in a quiet area, with friendly neighbors, conveniently close to M5. We split rent and bills equally (total around £650 per person per month). The room is spacious and unfurnished. The contract is 6 months, through the agency, references and deposit required.
