Lovely basement flat

Double room in a clean, quiet basement flat at the bottom of a cul-de-sac in Shirehampton.

The room is fully furnished and everything is new including the bedding, to help you get started. Kitchen is fully equipped and the flat has under floor heating throughout.

As I have decorated the flat myself and supplied all the utensils and cooking equipment, I am looking for someone clean and respectful of all the work I have done to it.

I work Monday to Friday for a well known candle company and my shifts consist of 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm. Some weekends I will not be here as spending it with my partner. So you will have the place to yourself for a day or two.

If you are interested i will require a holding fee of £100 for the room which will be deducted from first months rent.
