I have a room coming up for rent in the middle of November in Southmead.

it is a double bedroom with lots of space, the house has off road parking and easy street parking, front and back gardens, good sized kitchen and a great big living room!
I will be working in London for half the week, so you will essentially have the place to yourselves Tuesday to Thursday, and some weekends.
Available with some furniture and bed if required.

Key distances:
Southmead hospital – 7 minute cycle;
Royal Oak (Gloucester road) 12 mins cycle;
Bristol office – 20 mins cycle.

I am looking for £375 PCM per room each, plus bills (variable but approximately £60 per month) each. This will include all council tax, electricity, internet, water and TV licence.

if you would like tot rent the room as a couple, the rent the adjustment would be to £450 per month.
