Housemates:
We are two easy going young professionals working in the Bristol area. We enjoy bouldering, cycling and chilling out in the evenings.
The house and parking:
The room, located on the first floor, is unfurnished and adjoins the family bathroom with a bath/shower for your exclusive use (other rooms have en-suites).
The downstairs area includes a kitchen, lounge/dining room and a further toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The lounge/dining room includes a large flat-screen TV, sofas and a dining table and is ideal for socialising in the evenings. The house includes a garden and a shed with room for bikes. The house is double-glazed with gas central heating throughout.
Bills
Typically are ~£100 pcm: fibre internet, council tax, water, gas, electricity and TV licence for the lounge. We also have a regular cleaner fortnightly for the communal areas (and also the family bathroom).
Location:
The house is located on a quiet estate with easy access to Southmead Hospital, Airbus, MOD Abbeywood and Aztec West with off-street parking if required. We are within short walking distance of local shops including Tesco Express and Lidl.
Deposit, fees and administration
- A deposit of 5 weeks rent is required. This will be lodged in an approved deposit protection scheme.
- Administration fees are kept as low as possible, being just £50 per room. This includes all referencing and paperwork with no additional costs to pay.
- References are required.
- This is strictly a no-smoking property. Pets are also not permitted.
- This house would suit a professional person, working locally in the area. We are sorry but we can only accept working tenants in this property.
- The tenancy is 12 months
