Renting my 1 bedroom flat for April

Subletting my little space in a residential area of North Bristol for all of April with the possibility to extend to May whilst I'm away travelling for work. Looking for someone clean that will treat my place as home. No smokers or pets. Ideal sized flat for one person but couples welcome.

£1200 for the month, with all bills included.

I'll leave some linen and towels and little basics to make your stay as welcoming as possible.

The flat is cosy and small but has lots of comfort such as a hotel grade mattress double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and large shower. There's also super fast WiFi and free on street and off street parking available.

I'd say the area is good for anyone visiting Bristol, professionals/business trips, hospital visits, or a city break. There are some shops nearby including Aldi, Tesco Express, Iceland, and Greggs.
