Description

Hello!

I have owned and shared this home for four years now and have been living in Bristol for seven years, I loved it so much I decided to stay!

My house mate Morgan and I are sad to be saying goodbye to our other wonderful housemate who after three years is buying her own place! This means we have a small double room available in our home. We have a third four legged housemate in my spaniel Bosun, he is super chilled out, loves cuddles but isn't allowed upstairs and is beautifully behaved. I take care of him, any housemate would only need to give him affection sometimes!

The house has been completely redecorated but there are still some final finishing touches to add. I just had the kitchen redone so nothing major to do, but it is always being improved :) the photos are from last year...I don't keep Christmas decorations up all year I promise!

I have a cosy living room with a Woodburning stove and a tv, a massive kitchen/diner, a second living area with a sofa and book shelf/board games. There is a spare bedroom/study as well which is useful if you have guests to stay but I use this Monday to Friday to work from home. The room comes furnished with a double bed (with space underneath for storage), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and shelves.

We are looking for an easy going, relatively tidy, chilled out housemate who will make this place their home for as long as they stay.

We both love cooking and baking, hosting dinner parties and cocktail nights. We are looking for somebody who wants to share family style dinner and live in this home with us as well. Morgan is veggie, so dinner is too but I am not and sometimes we do our own thing (burgers and pizza nights). My gin collection is ever growing and Morgan has the wine well in hand.

Morgan works in HR and is in office and I am an engineer and mostly working from home. We both work Monday to Friday and are looking for somebody who will complete this home. Most evenings we use the house as a place to relax and chill after work. The living area is incredibly comfortable with lots of sofa space and arm chairs!

I love this house because it’s on a main bus route to town (including a night bus) but is also close enough that I can still cycle pretty much everywhere. There are two major supermarkets within walking distance and we are only a short hop from Cribbs Causeway.

There is parking available that is on street as I park my car on the drive but there is plenty of secure storage for a bike in the garden outbuildings.

If you think this comfortable and spacious home could suit you please drop me a message.

Thanks!

Katie
