Double room with ensuite in a modern, recently refurbished flat on Coronation Road, Southville.

I have lived in the flat for over four years and my flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend.

It’s a first floor flat in a terraced property just a two minute walk from Wapping Wharf and the Harbourside and about a 20/25 minute walk to the City Centre and Temple Meads. A large supermarket is conveniently just down the road.

The bedroom is a reasonable size with a modern ensuite and comes with use of the furniture as photographed if you would like, free of charge. The kitchen-living area is a very large, open plan space with bay windows.

I am a solicitor and am currently working from home, with plans to go back into the office on a part time basis later in the year.

I’m ideally looking for someone to move in at the beginning of June.
Please note that a £800 deposit will be payable to the letting agency.

Bills are approximately £175 each per month on top of rent which includes everything - electricity & gas, water, council tax and wifi.

There’s lots on street parking outside the flat available if you get a permit. The flat has a secure bike shed.
