The bedroom has a large bay window letting in lots of light, a double bed with a luxury John Lewis mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and book shelf. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, bath, large separate power shower and towel rail. There is also a spare guest bedroom, which can be used at no additional cost for occasional visitors. The house has a large open-plan kitchen/diner with access to a small garden, and a separate, shared lounge. The shared kitchen/diner is fully equipped with dishwasher, your own fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The shared lounge has a TV with Freeview, recorder and DVD player. Broadband/WiFi is also available and included. Rent includes all bills except gas and electricity, which will vary with usage (approx. £25-45 per month per person). I regularly board trainee guide dogs so anyone interested must be ok with dogs in the house (dogs are not allowed upstairs). I would be delighted to find someone who enjoys spending time with well trained and well behaved dogs as much as I do. :-)
The house is in a great neighbourhood, on a quiet street just off North Street, which has many shops, cafes and restaurants on offer.
