Double Room just off North St available

👋🏻 Hi! We are on the lookout for our next housemate. We have a double room available just off the amazing North St, close walking distance to town, supermarkets and lovely bars.

ROOM AVAILABLE NOW (needs to be filled by end of March).

At the moment we are a house of 3 girls (24-28) who all work throughout the week and are a sociable group. We all love to cook, chill & go out for the odd drink or two. Ideally we would like someone who wants to be social and doesn’t hide in their room all day (a love for cooking would be a big tick... and gin). House would be perfect for someone who is 9-5 and is around at social times to hang out with us!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair & large double wardrobe. The room faces the garden so it’s super safe & quiet. As well, we have a large kitchen, cosy lounge, power shower & nice garden out the back. The area is lovely and we all love living here (and the rent is very affordable).

The boring stuff:
£325 a month for the room.
£90 into our joint house account for bills each month.
On moving in you’ll need to pay the landlords: 2x rent and a deposit of £300 (total of £950).
