We are a friendly family who live in a lovely Victorian home in the heart of Southville, close to the Tobacco Factory and walking distance to the Harbourside and City Centre. We have a small double room available over looking the garden, next to a family bathroom (which you will have exclusive use of). We are a family of 4 who lead busy but quiet lives and we have two cats.
Our current lodger is just about to move out, so we are looking for a friendly and considerate housemate to live with us. We're happy for you to have your own space, but also hope you'll join us for a cup of tea and chat as well as the occasional meal. Female only. May suit someone new to Bristol or a Monday-Friday lodger. In return we offer a lovely home with a large shared kitchen and large shared lounge.
