Double room off North Street

I have a recently redecorated double room, with furniture included in my house available. Room comes with a bed, wardrobe & chest of draws, additional furniture can be purchased if required.

The house has recently been completely redecorated. Contains two bathrooms (one with a bath), living room, dining room, small garden, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer and a small room I am currently turning into a single bedroom (not to be rented out).

All bills included along with high speed broadband. The house is located on a quite residential street a short walk from North street and its shops, pubs and parks and a 20 minute walk into town.
