Double room in a fantastic Southville houseshare

We are looking for a new housemate to joiin our lovely home from Mid-January onwards. The house, newly built in 2017, is nestled in the heart of Southville, next to shops, bars and restuarants, and only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Bristol.

Tastefully decorated, with hig-spec fixtures and fittings, we have great communal spaces, with a cosy lounge, and large kitchen diner. Also a great south facing garden at the back, that gets sun till the late evening. The bedroom is a cosy double on the first floor, with a bathroom next to it, and plenty of windows giving it a light, airy feel.

We are a group of three young professionals, that take pride in our home, and love spending time together watching films, cooking meals and enjoying plenty of tea and biscuits. We have a diverse range of interests, and all have a shared love of Bristol and all it has to offer.

We are looking for someone who will take equal pride in where they live, and enjoys socialising, cooking and hanging out! We are fairly flexible with viewings, and ideally would like to show someone the house before Christmas, with a view of moving in from the 14th January onwards.
