Myself and my flatmates have lived in this property for three years and one flat mate is moving out due to work related reasons.

The spareroom going is a double sized space which gets lots of natural light. We also have a second spare room currently being used as space for friends to stay over and doubling up as office space for anyone to use.
The house has a medium sized garden, two bathrooms, one shower which is powerful, a living room, utility room, large kitchen which has all appliances already fitted.

We have a good-sized living room with large TV, fantastic for sticking a film on and is a great communal space for socializing. All appliances and furniture in the communal areas are already bought and catered for. The only things you would need to provide for yourself is for your bedroom. i. e. a bed.

The property is located in Southville, Bristol. It's directly off North Street which has loads of trendy coffee shops, new restaurants, markets and the occasional festival. Southville is also a twenty-minute walk from the city centre.

We're looking for someone who has an easy-going mature attitude. Someone we can rely on and is clean and respects the communal spaces. And ultimately someone who is friendly and we could hope to be friends with.
Myself and my flatmate are professionals with big interests in the arts, we like cinema and watch lots of live music. We also like to drink in the local area with friends. So if your interests match, even better.

It is required you would need to be earning over 13k a yr to pass the referral process with our housing agent.

The room will become available to move into in March, but we would need confirmation of your move and references in February.

The house has cheap rent and living here is great way for anyone wanting to save some money.
