4 week sublet in Southville starting March 1st

4 week sublet from March 1st to 29th March (could be flexible by a few days here or there- I think im moving into my room !!)

I've been renting this lovely room in Bedminster for the last 3 months off Jacobo while they're travelling, I've found a new place to move to nearby and the room is empty for a month! The room has huge windows, wooden floor and fireplace. It has wardrobes and a mirror and side tables. The bed is on slats on the floor. The house is always wonderfully warm with the heating on, theres all the amenities like washer, dryer, dishwasher, shower, bath, oven and garden. On street free parking!! its the dream!

In the house are 4 lovely people, English, Spanish and French are the major languages spoken! People are very friendly and want to hang out but if you want space and quiet everyone is very respectful of that.

Nearby are lots of shops, including aldi, coop, sainsburies and loads of independents. There's a yoga studio super close and the number 24 bus into the centre. Ashton Gate stadium is really near by!

Viewings any afternoon / evening as I have work most mornings.
