This is a lovely light room in my two-bedroom terraced house in a great location, near North Street, the Harbourside and Whapping Wharf, and in easy walking distance of the heart of Bristol, with good bus links. A residents permit for parking can be arranged.

There are cafes, shops, supermarkets, cinemas, theatres, a swimming pool and parks all in easy reach. Temple Meads is roughly a 35 minute walk.

The bedroom is fully furnished. There is a shared living/dining area, small kitchen, shared shower/bathroom and a courtyard garden that gets lots of sun and that you are welcome to enjoy.

I am a 63 year old professional and owner of the house, and am looking to share with a professional woman who would like somewhere welcoming and central to live. I have a shy and unobtrusive but friendly cat.

A £500 deposit will be required. The rent includes all bills and free wifi.
