The house has a garden with seating area, diner, cosy lounge, a very modern and recently refurbished shower room, the second reception room was previously used as a gym space but now used as a room to dry clothes!
The large master bedroom at the front of the property is available from the 1st August. It is currently unfurnished but happy to chat about this depending on the tenants circumstances.
Street parking available, no permit requirements.
Ideally looking for a professional, tidy, outgoing person, either Mon - Fri commuter OR 7 days a week. Utility bills, Internet, council tax etc included. Tenants pay £12 a month each for a cleaner to come once a fortnight and landlady pays the additional cost for this.
