Unfurnished spacious double room in Southville

Unfurnished double room in a fab spot in Southville. Just off North Street by the Spotted Cow pub. 30 mins to Temple Quay, and 15 mins to Wapping Wharf walking.

Room comes with your own bathroom, I've got an en suite. I may just want the occasional bath.
There is off road, gated, parking with a shared parking space and under cover shelter for bikes.
Shared living space there's currently 2 sofas, dining table, chairs and communal shelving featuring house plants (I am currently looking at putting in more shelves, not for more plants, maybe).
Shared kitchen space also.

I'm 28 year old professional looking for a person with a similar outlook. I'm into keeping fit (CrossFit and cycling), I enjoy cooking, sewing/crafting, spending time with friends and also the odd drink or 2+. Pre Covid I like a good night out but I'm too old to deal with the hangovers so not very often!
I love a good movie/binge on Netflix in the evenings.
Appreciate that we all need time to recharge and left to our own devices at times (especially after a day of teams calls 🥴).

I'm pretty chilled out and easy going, looking for someone with a similar approach to life/work.

I have an desk set up in my room for home working so during the working week I am not in the living space on calls all the time! I am more than happy for my new flatmate to use the space if they want.
I work away in the week sometimes and head into the office a couple of times a week so we'll not be on top of each other.
