Double room in great location!

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we are losing our lovely housemate Lorna so we are looking for a new housemate for our house.

The room is on the ground floor and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a built in wardrobe.

You will be living with Kara, Leoni and Ste. Kara works at Bristol Old Vic, Leoni is training to be a primary school teacher and Ste works for the NHS. We like to cook together, watch trashy TV and are looking forward to exploring when everything opens up again!
We enjoy the odd games night and doing a Sunday Roast but also respectful of each others space.

The location is a short walk from Wapping Wharf and North Street which both have lots of pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
There is a garden big enough for BBQs etc at the back of the house, with a lean-to for bike storage.
Rent is £385 per month (includes council tax), the deposit is equivalent to a month's rent. Bills per month come to approx £55 per month including water, electricity, gas, broadband and TV licence. Car parking is on-street and you need a permit 9-5 Mon-Sat (free Sundays).

We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemate who is up for hanging out and looking for a home rather than somewhere to crash. Please get in touch if that sounds like you!
