The room is available for six months and rent is £466, bills are £80 and council tax is around £54 per month. The room comes fully furnished, but there’s space in your room to make it your own.

The house has a well-equipped kitchen, large lounge/communal area and a garden. We’re a five-minute walk from both North Street and Wapping Wharf, and you can get into town in around 20 mins.

A bit about us: there’s two of us in the house so far (one man and one woman). We’re both friendly and social young professionals/creative types. We often go for walks, on pub trips and have movie nights when we have evenings free. Generally, we just like hanging out around the house and are pretty laid back.
