3 bedroom house - North street

I am looking for some people to share the cost of this 3 bedroom house just off North Street. I have been living at the property since January with a friend but unfortunately she has decided to move into her own place.

The bills are around £400 for the month which includes WiFi, TV licence, council tax, gas and electric. So roughly around £650 each per month for both rent and bills…which is an absolute steal for the location. The bedrooms will be unfurnished however I am happy to keep the living room and kitchen as they are in the pictures. So all you need is bedroom furniture.

I am open to either male or females, but ideally looking for people who are on the page. Let me know if you have any question - happy to pencil you in for a viewing and/or a few drinks to see if we get on etc.
