Flat is right near North Street, Aldi is just a stones throw away and town centre is about a 20 minute walk away.
On street parking is available, permit is just £12 for three months.
Rent is £575 plus bills which can vary. It tends to be about £135PM and water is about every 5-6 months and is about £250.
Now we’ve got all of that out of the way…
The house is all open planned meaning it’s really social, this isn’t an eat in your room and have your own separate cutlery kind of a place.
The house was unfurnished when we first moved in so most of our stuff has been donated or bought second hand. I’m not overly precious about anything so if you have furniture that’s nice and want to bring it and do some moving about I can definitely get on board.
