Room to rent from May

Looking for some to replace me in my current rental property. I live with my friend 35yrs female. The room is available from May possible before.

We are professional working people. My flatmate works 2 nights a week. We are Christian.

There is a share living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The room it’s self is a single room. Good size. The room comes unfurnished but I can leave the single bed and chest of drawers if needed for a small fee.

It’s in close proximity to the harbour side.

You will need to be referenced and earn £27000 a year.

The pictures are the room empty and the living room empty. I can show picture of my room with the current things in it too on request.
