Double room, perfect Southville Location

Available is a small but bright and airy double room, overlooking a south facing garden in Southville.

The room is in a three bed terrace house a minute from the centre of North Street and 10 mins from Wapping Wharf.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a peaceful place to live with lots of communal space to use. I work very long hours (most days I'm out from 6.30am to 5..30pm) and also spend most weekends away visiting my daughter who lives with her mum. Therefore, this would really suit someone who works from home (see the workspace in the pics).

The bedroom is at the opposite end of the house to mine and only connected to the neighbour on the left side who is an elderly gentleman who makes literally no noise. So it will be totally peaceful and quiet. There is currently no mattress on the bed in case you would be bringing one, but I'll buy one if needed.

Why so cheap?
I've listed this with a low price as the house currently needs work doing to it and there will be builders in and out over the next few months. The communal areas are perfectly liveable and the bedroom has been recently decorated, but I feel it would be fair to offer this rate to someone who's willing to live somewhere which isn't 100% perfect and accommodate the works going on. So I'm currently listing it at this price until the end of August.

The communal areas includes a great TV, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, bath and shower. I have very fast broadband and all bills are included in this price. The garden is going for the "natural look" at the moment, but it's got a nice and sunny little spot to sit out in.

I'd consider shorter term lets, pets and Monday - Friday or weekend only people. Generally, I'm pretty flexible :)
