Lovely double room (full time or mon-fri let)

We are looking for 1 lodger for a single occupancy furnished double room in our lovely Southville home.

Great location, very close to North St and only 15 mins walk to the harbourside.

My husband and I have lived in Southville for nearly 7 years and absolutely love it! The room is available from end of May (date to be confirmed as current lodger moving for work), would consider Monday-Friday let.

We are looking for someone in professional full time employment, easy going, friendly, clean, tidy and considerate.
