This is designed to be a friendly reasonably sociable sensible professional house share.

You will be sharing with other graduate professionals in their 20's. The two females staying on are a French teacher and a law postgrad.

Southville is a great location being in the city centre and next to North St with its feel good factor independent shops, bars and restaurants and the Tobacco factory with its many cultural events. There is an Aldi and an Asda close by.

It would best suit single graduate professional, male or female, in their mid 20's looking to share with other graduate professionals and post grads in order to make new friends and contacts more easily. You will be reasonably clean and tidy and also sociable and friendly and with experience house sharing.

The House has all the usual mod cons and exposed wooden floors throughout.

There are on street parking permits for three cars available from the council on a first come first serve basis.

The rooms generally come partly furnished though one will be unfurnished.

The house was redecorated last year.

Length of agreement: 12 months from 25th September

Deposit: 5 weeks held on a deposit protection scheme
Number of other sharers: 4 plus you (5 total)
All bills included in the £650 (Gas, Electricity Council tax, water rates and broadband).
