Within easy walking distance to the City Centre, Cabot Circus & Temple Meads, also close to excellent public transport links including the New Metrobus and the Bristol Airport Flyer.

No need to be sharing with multiple housemates & waiting to use the bathroom in the morning, as you'll only be sharing with me (Mark) the landlord & you have your own bathroom to use located opposite the bedroom in the hallway with bath, shower over bath, handbasin & toilet.

I'm away frequently with my job overseas as I work as a flight attendant based in London so you will get to have the place to yourself most of the time. Please respect that I'd also like some space when I'm at home.

I have a fairly busy social life so I'm often out and about at the gym or meeting with friends & family. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinet & TV

All bills are included including super fast broadband.

There is a small communal garden at the rear with washing line, garden table and chairs and a BBQ.

The street is in a residents parking area so if you do have a car you'd need to apply for a permit which is easy to arrange.
The cost of the permit works out less than £2 a week.
