Lovely double room for single occupation available in a friendly, homely shared house in Southville. The house is in a great spot just off North Street - so 2 mins up the road to Tobacco Factory and just 10 mins walk the other way into town.

You'll be sharing with me (the landlord) plus 2 others. We're friendly and nicely chilled out, looking for someone similar to join us in unwinding after work with a nice cup of tea (or glass of wine!) and visits to the local pubs.

Complete with a well equipped kitchen, dining area, big lounge, garden etc. All nicely done out (it's my home too remember, so no dodgy-landlord half measures) - with plenty of space to spread out and all the normal mod-cons (cable TV, internet, 2 fridges...).

You'll be a professional, 25+, no smoking in the house.

Rent is £490pcm and that includes absolutely everything (all bills, council tax, internet, Virgin tele, even a cleaning lady!)
